Equip the Saints (ETS) is a nonprofit consultancy organization designed to:

-          Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and sustainability of existing nonprofit organizations

-          Report findings to nonprofit organization leadership and sending organizations

-          Send professional volunteers to assist in strengthening the areas of management/human resources, accounting, legal paperwork, and information technology.

Theory of Social Change:  Nonprofit organizations (NPOs) have been created worldwide to meet specific needs.  While many NPOs have strong missions, lack of communication between and within NPOs has lead to duplication of effort, service overlap, inefficient use of resources, and re-creation of training techniques.  Day-to-day operations have suffered from deficiencies in skills as well as from ill-defined mission statements and organizational objectives. read more...
